soft sleeper bookings in july & augusr

Question

I've been told it is not possible for overseas visitors to book a soft sleeper train seat in July & August.  Is this true?

Dear Laurie, We are sorry we could not book the train tickets from the foreign country to China. We could only book the train ticket between the cities within China and from city in China to some foreign countries, but it depends.
