I am an overstayed filipina here in China

I am an overstayed filipina here in China, and I want to go home as soon as possible, because there are emergency and also I want to end the chaos of hiding here in china and I want to go back home. MY family needs me as soon as possible. are there some agents who can help me? and how long should it would take the process if I decide to surrender in the Philippine consulate as soon as possible.
I will greatly appreciate any help.

Hi, I suggest you to contact the Philippine embassy in China as soon as possible, and they will help to go back home.

Philippine embassy cannot do nothing you have to go to the exit and entry department as soon as possible and you have to write an letter of apology sincerity to say why you did this and the rest is in the officers hand . and next time i am sure you will have no chance of getting to china .
