can i visit taiwan if i have china residence visa

i am living in china almost 6 year, and i have my business here also i have my residence visa which is 1 year, i want to visit Taiwan but business, so for this i need to apply visa or no need? i live in zhejiang province, so please tell me the way how to get visa and other requirement for Taiwan. thanks
