apply HK visa for Vietnam passport

I stay in KL now studying with a Vietnam passport.
I want to go HK for a short holidays (5days).
What is the process of applying a HK visa in KL? Where & how much? & how many days?

You can submit your application for HK visa to Chinese embassy in KL at 1st Floor, Plaza OSK, 25 Jalan Ampang, 50450 Kuala Lumpur. HK visa fee is about $30, but it may be more required for delivery if approval from HK immigration department is necessary. The Processing takes about one month.
