Buying train tickets from different city

Is it possible to buy train tickets at Beijing Airport (or Beijing City) for the G2019 leaving from Zhengzhou to Xi'an?

Hi, as I know, normally you could buy the train ticket from Zhengzhou to Xian in Beijing, you need to pay more CNY10 per ticket for poundage.
