About:Chinese Embassy in Poland

Indian living in Poland applying for Chinese VISA

I am an Indian Passport Holder but have my Karta Pobytu until 2013 September and plan to visit China for 2 weeks for holidays. I will have my return tickets and also hotel booking - however will not have any invitation letter from relatives there. Is that fine. What will be my VISA fees??

My husband is also joining me in Poland soon and will have a valid Schengan VISA- can he also apply for VISA from here as he will be in Poland starting September and we plan to visit China in December.

Thanks a lot,

It is ok to apply without invitation letter, because you are visiting for tourism only. In order to apply for Chinese visa in Poland, applicants are required residence permit for Poland. If your husband has no residence permit, he can apply in advance in India. Here I inform you that a single entry China visa is good for entry for 3 months after visa issuanve. So, it works if he will enter China before it expires. Visa fee for you is 150 PLZ per person.
