have purchased air tickets but not booked hotels yet do you need both before applying for visa

Hi, Gail, I hear from a friend that air tickets are needed, but hotel book order is not a must. You can get a visa with just your tickets. Since have to fill the hotel part in the application form, you better not to tell the official that you have no hotel reservation, just fill in some possible ones. This would not effect your later arrangement. Do not worry!
