Hongkong visa for non korean citizen

Hello, I am from Laos i have been living in Korea almost 2 years already for study, i would like to travel in hongkong on july, but my alien registration card will expire on september, how can i apply for hongkong visa? .. do you have any suggestion for me .. please

You can first renew your registration Card. The other way is to applly in Laos, and you can call them by 00856-21-315105 to enqiry whether they accept mail appllication.
