Do you mean your wife want to go with you to China this time? or you have already in China? if she also has Sri Lanka passport, you should provide your marriage certificate for her application.1

Sisira if your married to your chinese wife then you must provide your original marriage certificate to the chinese embassy in sri lankan and you can get 1 year or 6 months family L visa and get it extended when your in china only twice . as I am married to my Chinese wife in sri lanka I got for 1 year but only 30 days duration but there was no problem because we are married I got it extended for 6 months from shanghai exit & entry department very easy. and they will cancel your Multiple visa .0
