About:Chinese Embassy in Australia

Transit/tourist visa

Hi there,
I have managed to download and fill (by hand) a transit/tourist visa: form V2011A,but scrolling down your answers section I noticed that I need a second form V2011B,how can I download this second form?Where is the link?

The form is available on the top of any page of Chinese embassy or consulate in the site: such as https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/australia.htm
