Is it true that the issuance of Chinese Visa in Hong Kong is already open again for Filipino's?

I have not heard any news about this, so I think you had better enquiry personally at the Office of the Commission of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of P.R.C. in HKASAR for sure.
