About:Chinese Embassy in Switzerland

Swiss citizen to apply china visa while on holiday in malaysia in july. Is it possible?

I will be travelling to malaysia in July'12. While there i intend to make a short visit to Shanghai. Can I apply for a china visa from Kuala Lumpur or must I apply for it in Switzerland.? Any possibility to apply for the visa in Geneva or must I go to Bern to have it done? I live in Geneva.

A single entry China tourist visa is valid for 3 months after issuance. So, you'd better apply in your country because it is the most convenient way.
