i've only visited in china for 1 time

before i've visited china for first time. so can i get a multiple visa? within a year i may visit china may 8 to 10 times. but i've communicated with my supplier and they communicate their foreign regional office and officials told them that i've to have 8times previous visit record to get multiple visa. so what can i do?
please let know what shoud to do.
