Question

Hi, I am only in Xian for two days and i am doing the terracotta warriors and the city etc on the second day.Is it possible to do mt huashan in 1 day if i leave xian north at 10am? My train arrives into xian at 9am, so i could go straight to xian north and get the bullet train and be at mt hushan by midday.I emailed my hostel and they said that this wouldnt be possible as this wouldnt give me enough time to climb the mountain. What are people's experience of this?Thanks in advance

According to my experience, if you want to climb Mt. Huashan, at least one whole day will be needed. Some people even spend two whole days on the mountain. As per your schedule, you will only have half day to climb the mountain, which is impossible.
