You are required to apply in advance, so submit your application to Chinese consulate in Dubai with following documents:
1. Original application form for HK visa attached with one passport photo.
2. Original and copy of the Passport pages
3. Copy of the UAE resident visa
4. Proof of your financial support, such as original recent 3 months bank statement.
5. Your company letter, employment letter or commercial license if any.
6. Flight tickets and hotel reservation
7. The invitation letter from Hong Kong
8. Detailed information about HK company or documents to show the business relationship in between if possible.
The application will be sent to HK Immigration Department for approval. It takes about one month.
