Hi, Yasir, you can apply a tourist visa at the Consulate -general of P.R.C in Jeddah. You need the following documents:
1.Actual passport of more than six months validity with a blank visa page;
2. Visa application forms including V2011A and V2011B both with one recent passport size photograph (black and white or color);
3. Your resident permit;
4.Based on various situations, the Consul has the authority to require applicants to present a tourist visa invitation from a Chinese tour agency or an invitation letter from relatives to be visited;
5. Additionally, you may be required to provide personal bank statement and actual airline tickets showing departure from China.
For you, if a single visa is enough, you only need to pay 250SR.It takes a minimum of three working days to process a visa. You can request expedited processing. Express/Special Express is available only with the approval of the consular official and additional rush service fees for 70/100 Saudi Riyals will be charged.
