can i apply china visa with indonesian passport with no current australia visa in syd?

I'm australian citizen lives in sydney but still hold indonesian passport. Can i apply china visa with indonesia passport in sydney? My indonesian passport only have expired australian PR visa. Thx

Hi, Felix, as I know, Non-Australian passport holders should provide valid Australian visa as well as entry record, both the original and the copy. Since your Australian PR, I am afraid that you can not apply in Sydney.
