Hi will person with Hepatitis B positive can get a work and resident permit to china

Hi iam getting good offer from one of the chinese company,but unfortunately iam having Hepatitis B for past 6 year,except Hepatitis B all other blood test, Ultrasound scan, Chest x-ray are normal.can some help me by giving correct information/contact person on the follwoing question.

" will i be given work permit or not?"
