How can a foreigner buy train tickets?

What is the most easy way (for a foreigner that does not speak Chinese) to buy a bullet train ticket from Beijing (South Station) to Tanggu?

Hi, there are several trains from Beijing South to Tanggu available. Since the train tickets in China are always under great demand, you'd better book the train tickets through a booking agency in China.
