travelling in china

Hello. I am going to Wuhan in August, will have a month internship there. This will be my first time to China.
Do you have any recommended places that I should go, but OUTSIDE Wuhan (maybe Beijing, or Shanghai, or Macau?)
I don't know where is the best travelling place in China if I stay most of my days in Wuhan. And I just have about 3-4 days to travel.
What about the Panda's habitat? Is it recommended, especially like in my case?
Thanks

I suggest you have a visit to Shanghai--Nanjing--Suzhou--Hangzhou or Yangtze cruise via Yichang--Chongqing. Anway, I would like to give you a reference of the best tours in China. You can search this website: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/tour/best-china-tours.htm. The Panda's habitat is in Chengdu. It is OK for you to go to Chengdu if you are very interested in it.
