possible to get a permanent residence permit?

Hi,I already work in china as general manager , I'm married with an Chinese girl from 2011 and I have with her 1 baby 4 months old, someone can know if is possible to get an permanent residence ? Now I have the residence permit but I need to renew every year

It is very difficult to get permanent residence now, even if you have lived in China for full 5 years or married with a Chinese. The one year residence permit you hold now is the best as I know.
