About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

overstayed (new visa)

i have overstayed for 2mos here in china. i want to apply for a new visa when i exit ASAP.. how long will it TAKE FOR ME TO GET A NEW VISA.. MY old visa is F.. MULTIPLE ENTRY for 6mos.

Your overstay record may effect your new visa application, so you had better enquiry at the embassy or consulate for sure.

I am afriad you cannot get a new visa from china neither from Philppines again as you break there trust better to go and surrender and explain why you did that as they have made it easy to go to the exit and entry department and give your reason and renew visa but you didnt do that you overstayed this is not right .
