Can I get a multip entries to China during my visit in Milan?

I am Chinese with New Zealand passport, stayed in China last 3 years. My visa is expired soon, so I am wondering can I get one year multip entries while I am travelling to Milan? I got the same type of visa in Athens during my visit. So please let me know am I able to get the same type of visa in Milan this trip? Many thanks.

You are required to provide the original and a copy of Italian permit of stay which should be valid for at least half a year if you plan to apply in Milan. Maybe you can try to apply in HK instead. It is simple for you since you have previous Chinese visas for last 3 years.
