About:Chinese Embassy in France

can we apply for a visa from different cities and not paris?

Hello!
I want to apply for a visa from Nice, but paris is kind of far, so can I apply for a visa through the center in marseille?
I am not a european member

and how much time does it require knowing that I have a confrence to attend in less than a month?

Non-French citizens shall provide the original and copy of French residence card. If the residence card is issued nationally, you can submit your application to either visa center in France.
