About:China Visa Exemption

Travelling on China Southern Airlines, Melbourne to Amsterdam return, flight has three transits.

Outward flight, transit Ghanzhou and Beijing, return, just Ghanzhou. QUESTION; IS VISA REQUIRED, WE ARE NOT LEAVING AIRPORT. 2 STOPS ON WAY OVER, ONE ON WAY BACK.
pLEASE ADVISE. Thank you

If you do not leave the airport and depature within 24 hours, no visa is needed.
