Applying for 2 visas at the same time

I'm French and I'm learning Korean and Mandarin. I want to study Mandarin one month in China and then go to Korea to learn Korean for one month. I guess I need two student visas. But is it possible to ask two visas at the same time ? Should I do it before I go to China ? Or is it something I can do in China ?
thank you.

1. You can applyl two visas at the same time;
2. You had better get the two visas before you go to China in case of unnecessary troubles.

if your stay in China is about one month, tourist visa is enough. Because for student visa application to China, you are required to provide documents from school in China. Amyway, you can apply for a Student visa if you have this done.
