I am an American studying in Beijing. Is it possible to gain reentry to China at the Chinese Embassy in Japan?

1.Do you mean that your Chinese X visa will be expired when you are in Japan ?2.If so, you can apply a new Chinese X visa at the Chinese Embassy in Japan.3.If your visa is still within the one year validity, you can reenter China without a visa.
