1. First, do you daughter have a passport? If not, you need to apply one for her;
2. Then, confirm which embassy or consulate general you need to go. If your residing place is Nikolayev, Kherson or Odessa, you need to apply at the Consulate-General of the People's Republic of China in Odessa; Other places in Ukraine, you are required to apply at the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Ukraine.
3. You need to prepare the following documents:
(1)Your validity passports with a validity of at least 6 months and at least one blank visa page;
(2)Completely filled application form. You need to fill the V2011A and V2011B for yourself and V2011A for your daughter;
(3) one rencent photo (2*2) of yourself, and one photo of your daughter.
(4) Original or copy of invitation letter issued by a travel agency authrized by China.
