About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

I was offered a position in Tianjin

I will be teaching in Tianjin and I am HIV+. Is there anyway that they will allow me a temporary residence permit or should I inform my employer that I will not be able to travel to China to teach?

When you apply for the work visa to China, you are required to provide the Physical Examination Record for Foreigner, there is an item for laboratory exam on HIV in the form. I am not sure if this affect your application.
