About:Chinese Embassy in Rwanda

China - Thailand - Rwanda

I would like to travel and after to thailand. I don't have a return ticket to Rwanda. Only to Thailand.
Can I get a Visa?

yes, it is not a problem. You can try to apply with your onward ticket to Thailand.
