I am a Liberian currently in Rwanda. Is it possible for me to apply for a Chinese student visa here in Rwanda? I would like to know the cost of a Chinese student visa in Rwanda, the various requirements, and how many days it takes to process.

Are you a legal resident in Rwanda? If yes, you can apply for a student visa there. The cost may be RWF 26,000 with a single entry and it may take 4 working days to process. The requirements are:
Passport with at least 6-month validity
Visa Application Form and Photo
Proof of legal stay or residence status
Original and photocopy of the Admission Letter issued by a school or other entities in China.
Original and photocopy of "Visa Application for Study in China" (Form JW201 or Form JW202).
