M'sia holding multiple visa in shanghai now would like to renew my visa here is it posible?

I am malaysian living in shanghai now.i have multiple entry visa where i apply from Malaysia last June 2011.will be expired next month.because my foreign husband is working here,i would like to know what type visa i can apply soon.Z visa or dependent or..
can i apply here in shanghai ?
what document i need to submit ?
what is the cost?
do i need to go out from China first?
