Hi I am from M'sia, plan to go taipei mid sept. How's the weather then and what about shopping

It will still be hot, with the average temperature of 28-29℃. Rainfall will be relatively dense then and also it is still during the typhoon season. You'd better pay close attention to the weather forecast in advance to package well.
I know Taipei Shopping Festival is held from Aug. 1 to Sep. 15, when you can buy quality things with very resonable price. Hope you can catch that.1
