Do I need an enter visa to visit Hong Kong for 8 hours?

Between my connecting fly from San Francisco to Saigon, I have a 10 hours waiting and would like to visit Hong Kong, Do I need a visa for this short visit?

You do not need a visa. US citizens can even stay in HK for at most 90 days without a visa.
