What do we need to submit besides the normal documentation to get his visa?

The following documents are needed:(1)His original passport that is valid for at least another 6 months;(2)Visa Application Form :V2011A and V2011B;(3)Please affix one color photo on each Application Form. The photo should berecent, front view, in 48mm x33mm size without head covering.;(4)An Invitation Letter or a Confirmation Letter;(5)Proof of U.S. Residency Status, namely the original and a photocopy of proof of U.S. residency, work or study, proof of residency in the consular district (e.g. ID, water or electricity bills or tenancy agreement, etc.) or a valid U.S. visa.
