About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

I have an employee with an Italian passport who will be going to China on business.

What do we need to submit besides the normal documentation to get his visa?

The following documents are needed:
(1)His original passport that is valid for at least another 6 months;
(2)Visa Application Form :V2011A and V2011B;
(3)Please affix one color photo on each Application Form. The photo should berecent, front view, in 48mm x33mm size without head covering.;
(4)An Invitation Letter or a Confirmation Letter;
(5)Proof of U.S. Residency Status, namely the original and a photocopy of proof of U.S. residency, work or study, proof of residency in the consular district (e.g. ID, water or electricity bills or tenancy agreement, etc.) or a valid U.S. visa.
