Visa for spanish not living in Japan?

Hello, I'm backpacking around Asia and I'm Spanish.

In some weeks I'll be travelling for some weeks around Japan and I was planning to get a Chinese visa ther in order to go to China next.

Is it possible for a foreigner who doesn't lives in Japan do that? Maybe with a travel agent?

Thank you so much,

Blai

1.You can apply a visa personally and do not need to apply through a travel agent in Japan.
2.You need to submit the following documents: schedule, air tickets, and hotel order, Legal record of entering Japan(copy of passport), the V2011A and the V2011B, your passport and the copy of the photo page, two recent photos of you, and other documents required by the embassy or consulate.
