we have to visit china dated: 06.05.2012 for training seminar.

Original invitation letter and visa notice rather we have the scanned copies of the same. The original is sent through mail but due to holidays in china they are not reached yet. Can we get visa by producing these scanned copies. Other requirements of embassy are complete.

It all depends on the visa officers. You may call 0092-51-8355015 9:00 am to 12:00 am & 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm from Monday to Friday to confirm this. BTW, the oversea China Embassy and consulate in Pakistan will be closed on 1st May (Tuesday), 2012 on the occasion of the International Workers' Day.
