apply for Sweden visa

Dear Sir!! I am citizen of Tadjikistan and I am studying in China now!!I would like to go for travelling to visit my aunt in Sweden!!Can I apply and get visa from China to Sweden or I should go back to my country?And if it possible How long it will take to process our application?I wish U can reply and send it to my email
