I NEED APPLICATION FORM FOR VISA APPLY TO ATTEND CHINA EXPO 2012 WILL BE HELD ON SEPT 2012

If your purpose to China is for attending expo, you need to apply for an F visa, the visa application form V2011A can be downloaded from this site (any page of Chinese embassy/consulate in worldwide countries).
