I have Home-Visiting Certificate, Do I still need a visa to China?

Booked a tour from Singapore to go Japan and given a 2-days stopover in Shanghai. Can use 回乡征 to enter China and then use HK SARS passport to travel to Japan and return?

Yes, you can use your Home-Visiting Certificate for your 2-day stopover in Shanghai. HK passport holders don't need a visa to Japan for less than 90 days.
