I think you can apply for a visit visa for your husband in Hk as a domestic helper. The documents required to be submitted to Hong Kong Immigration Department include:
1. Application form ID 1003A for Entry for Visit/Transit in Hong Kong filled and signed by your husband affixed with a recent-taken photo of your husband;
2. your husband's valid passport;
3. proof of his financial standing, e.g. bank statements, savings accounts passbooks, tax receipts;
4. round-trip air tickets
5. your marriage certificate
6. Application form ID 1003B for Entry for Visit/Transit in Hong Kong filled and provided by you as the local sponsor;
7. your Hong Kong identity card;
8. your valid passport
