Australian wanting multiple entry tourist visa

I want to visit China 2 or 3 times over the next 12 months. Can I get a multiple entry visa, valid for 12 months? What is the cost?

It's difficult in obtaining a multiple-entry China visa if you don't have a relative there.
A multiple-entry China visa valid for 12 months costs AUD 180.
