I'm a New Zealand Citizen can I get a tourist visa for China in Phnom Penon?

Can i apply for and obtain a tourist visa in Phnom Penh while i am there. If this is possible can you tell me the normal processing times and if there is a quicker time option. Thank you
Kind regards

You'd better apply for the visa from the embassy/consulate of China in your home country, since the China Embassy in Cambodia may require your residence permit in Cambodia for the visa application.
