Chinese tourism visa for Brazilian on vacation in Croatia

Dear Sir/Madam, I am a Brazilian citizen on vacation in Croatia and I am planning to go on a cruise through China in June. I would like to know if I can apply for Chinese visa in Chinese embassy in Zagreb. If not, please if possible advise me how to apply for such visa. Thanks.
