About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Can a foreigner staying in SG on a visit visa apply for a China tourist visa ?

i have been living in SG for 9 months on an employment pass but quit my job and cancelled my employment pass recently. I am now on a one-month visit pass here but may need to travel to china. can i apply for a visa?

It seems that it's impossible for temporary visitors to Singapore to apply for a China visa there. China Embassy in Singapore requires the third country citizens must provide SPR,WP,EP,STP,DP for the visa application.
