About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

For D-I transfer by Air China at Beijing Airport

I will be flying from ChangChun to Tokyo by Air China with the booking of the ticket by different agency.
I have the following questions
1) Can I check in at ChangChun airport that I will be flying to Tokyo.
2) Do I need to collect my baggage during the transfer at beijing.

Well. you can try to check in at Changchun airport to Tokyo, but usually, if you hold separate tickets, you may can just check in from Changchun to Beijing. Then you need to collet your baggage during the transfer at Beijing Airport and recheck in it. Anyway, you'd better call your airlines company to ask for details.
