Sir, i had got admission in liaoning shihua university and i wish to be on a scholarship?

Sir, my major is Electrical Engineering and i am a fresh student.

I'm afraid it's a little bit late to apply for the China schoarship of this year., since the deadline is the end of this month. To save time, I advise you go to the China embassy or consulate in your place directly to know about it directly.
