Can a Chinese citizen get a one day VISA into Botswana from Zambia?

Can a Chinese citizen get a one day VISA into Botswana from Zambia? I have a group of visitors who will be going to Chobe for a day and one of them is Chinese. Help ASAP

I think so, since there is a Botswana Consulate in Lusaka, Zambia.
