About:Chinese Consulate in New York

Can the Visa application be faxed to the consulate, and then the visa be picked up when it is ready?

China Consulate in New York doesn't accept visa application through post or fax. You should submit yoru application in person, or if you can't go, you can entrust a friend or a travel agency.
