Is it possible a card to use all buses in Luoyang at a fixed price for all day or more?

If not, where I can buy bus ticket? directly on board? in cash?

Oh, I didn't find any kind of transportation in the city. You can buy the bus ticket when you getting on the bus. Yes, prepare enough cash and loose change.
